This mod reworks 30 hero companions that are already in the game to be more unique, rather than boring or generic. They are given new skills and new portraits. They also have increased minor stats to make them more attractive to bring along on your team.
Also included, Zeynep has new voicelines!
-Note it does require a new game to see these new skill changes.

Tiqin isn't modified by this mod. The alchemy skill page is just untranslated in the base game.

If i pick spiritmancer and get Zeynep as my +1 or I spend lagacy points to have a hero join me from character creation, it appears they do not benefit from your hero changes compared to finding them and recruiting them later in game.

No idea, but this mod doesn’t touch Lotus so its a game issue.

Its as if she has no weapon equipped, but she has a wand.

When it comes to lotus, I dont think pathing has anything to do with it. I have never seen any other character do what she does. Runs across the battlefield in the open, though all enemies without fighting at all, doing zero damage. To me thats like an AI issue with that character.

Allow mod overlay DLC should be turned on, as it uses DLC skills.
