There's a potential issue with this however, at least from the research I been doing. Pedestrian connections can be bugged. Quite often garbage collection trucks will return to dump (or what you have its destination designated as respectfully) even though there's uncollected trash and the truck isn't halfway full. There's something with pathfinding when it comes to pedestrian paths, the less 'nodes' there are the more likely the truck will seem to dump their collections rather than continue their pick ups. So ensure you have garbage trucks that will pick up the slack.

Because it isn't, it doesn't have a road connection. It's supposed to be used only with technical services.

Finally theres not trash everywhere standing in the open. I felt really sorry for my people who had the trash right in front of their windows.
