Team Fortress 2 Enhanced Medizard (Ragdoll)

Turned into enhanced (along with other minor fixes) for Gmod (and it works for SFM as well) by me.

Features are:
*bones;
*bodygroups;
*skins (uber one included);
*fixed default animations support;
*custom animations support;
*other minor stuff fixed;
*fixed physic.
