the mod "Russia EMR for Insurgents (V1)" was a reskin created by me which I asked my friend to upload as I had steam on limited mode meaning I could not upload mods as I can now, he decided to remove me from the credit and credit himself as the creator, so yeah the hand textures here are quite older than you think!
