Lost Domains Development Rerebalance by MrT

Meant to be run with Jiruri's great mod: The Lost Domains (More regions for FOTS).
This mod pursues more of an exponential growth modernization system.

The vanilla modernization scale was obviously meant for a smaller map and provides a dissatisfying experience playing with Lost Domains. Jiruri has published a modernization rework intended to account for the additional settlements that you should also check out, but with that mod early game modernization is too difficult and late game modernization is too easy.
So I have made my own modernization balance mod to try to solve that problem.

This mod:
Requires 4 modernization points to reach tech level 2 (same as vanilla).
Requires 35 modernization points to reach tech level 3 (same as the Lost Domains Development Rebalance mod by Jiruri)
Requires 100 modernization points to reach tech level 4.
