This is one of my favourite YTPMVs ever (and easily one of the best) and I've wanted to make it a wallpaper for ages, but I couldn't find a way to download the video with it's specilized subtitles that move around and change color and such, until now that is.
I ended up having to just use OBS to record my screen and then loop the video, took a bit of effort to get it right as I was having numerous hurdles like the End Cards and the weird aspect ratio, but I've managed to get it great now, only issue is I had to have the video be 2K instead of 4K as my PC is a 2K Ultrawide.

DitzyFlama is the GoAT of YTPMV so definitely make sure to check out his other stuff, I plan on making some more YTPMVs with special Subtitles Wallpapers in the future too.
