Mantle + Wallrun w/ VWallrun Fix

I didn't make anything, I just changed one number to "fix" the vertical wallrun. This will conflict with the original addon, which can be found here: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2027577882

To understand how to use the addon, refer to the original addon. I will not fix any bugs related to this addon because it's not mine.

I tried to do a solution involving adding a hook but I'm bad at lua, so this is just a full reupload of the original addon with one small change. If the author wants me to take this down, I will.

What it does:

In the original addon, there is a long pause after vertical wallruns (1.25 secs) where the camera is locked and no movement is happening. This shortens that pause to 0.25 seconds.
