This addon adds c_hands for the 6 playermodels of the hotline miami russian mafia, if you don't see textures check that you have counter strike source playermodels downloaded and activated.

Just delete the whole body of the playermodel and leave the arms, the same with the bones, I checked and I didn't see any problems with the model, also create the lua so that the arms appear when a Russian mafia playermodel is selected.
