Felicia is a Catwoman who was taken in and raised by a Sister named Rose who gave her the name Felicia from the word Felicity. Despite her identity as a Darkstalker being exposed, she was not turned away by her as Felicia had feared. When Rose passed away, Felicia left her town hoping to be a musical star.

Felicia is an aggressive rushdown character in Rivals. She's got good movement stats but is on the lighter side. Her normals are large and aggressive, similar to her Darkstalkers iteration. Use her Fspecial to move around the stage with a lot of rush down pressure. Punish mistakes with Dspecial to grab the opponent and rack up damage. Use Nspecial to force your opponent out of tough spots that you can follow up on.

- This has a melee hitbox at the start up.
- The projectile archs.
- Be careful being predictable, this will set into parry stun if it is parried.

- References Kragg Fspecial
- Can Rekka into an Up / Forward / Down Follow up attack.
- You can use Special / Attack / Strong to activate Rekkas.
- Input Shield or Nspecial with no direction to cancel.
- Can Jump Cancel on hit without rekka like Kragg.

- Grounded version has three throws you can choose
- Neutral Throw- No input will result in her slashing grab, racks up the most damage and can lead to follow ups.
- Back throw - Her rolling throw, strongest throw, but does the least damage.
- Forward throw - Swings on the opponent and throws them forward, not the strongest but a decent mixup option.
- Air Throw - She will loop them and them send them downwards quadrant 4. Note that this has a hitstun multiplier on it to prevent early gimps

- The start up kick can link into the later kicks.
- The final hitbox is decently strong, use it to mix up an approach and get a surprise kill at high percents.

- She has a special grab when near opponents that she can hug them, similar to the game.
- Does no damage or anything.This move just literally wastes time.
