Clear Portrait Borders

Updated for 1.18+

WITH HEGEMONIES AND REGENTS --- This mod adds portrait borders to characters, inspired by the style I used for my Clear Artifact Levels mod, and designed to match Karax's great Title Colors mod. I used his default color scheme, and added those colors to the portrait borders, so both match when you're playing the game.

I also designed Regent borders, but I could not align them perfectly. Paradox used witchcraft on those and their alignment is all over the place. Nothing I can do to fix it, sadly.

You NEED Karax's Title Color mod to have the TEXT appear in the colors on the image. FunGaming44 has kept it updated here:

You could use it without Karax's mod, obviously.

ok.. so i came back to ck3 after a number of months.. you mean landless adventurers. i thought u meant unlanded characters.

landless adventurers get the same frame as dukes. that's because the game uses the duke frame. there's no unique frame file for landless. that's on paradox, and i can't fix it as that would require coding, which i dont do.
