Enhanced Armaments + Chemical Agents

描述
Allows Enhanced Armament suits(CBRN, Liquidator, and Heavy Hazmat) to work with Chemical Agents and vice versa only for the Advanced Hazmat Suit and EOD Suit in CA. Hardened Diving Mask same function as CA's Diving Mask. Does not modify vanilla diving suits to be compatible with EHA stuff.

Wish the CBRN armor didn't make the helmet useless, and if the helmet was to be removed, at least add the reduced vissability to the armor
