Unleash the power of SCP-9595, also known as "The Warp", an anomalous device capable of repositioning individuals in space-time with the mere pull of a trigger.

Features:

• Left-click to activate "The Warp" and displace a target
  
• The target will be smoothly teleported in front of the user
  
• Features distinctive sound effects for activation and teleportation
  
• SWEP is under a cooldown after each use for 10 seconds

How to Use:

1. Equip SCP-9595 "The Warp" from the weapons menu
   
2. Aim at a target and left-click to activate the device
   
3. The target will be smoothly teleported in front of you

Note:
Code contains both serverside and clientside execution. Performance shouldn't be hindered by the use of this SWEP as cooldown is 10s in between primary attacks.

SCP-9595, known as "The Warp," is an anomalous weapon of unknown origin that possesses the unique ability to manipulate the positioning of a human subject within a certain range of the wielder. It visually resembles a standard issue law enforcement taser. The wielder of "The Warp" can only activate its primary function once every ten seconds, an aspect of the device's operation that appears to be hard-coded and cannot be altered.
