Factionwide Resource Bonuses - Lycia's Take

This mod is based on Factionwide Resource Bonuses Enhanced by Commisar Jon Fuklaw (really Steam is censoring his name? WTF?) who was kind enough to give me permission to publish a variant with some different effects and balance decisions on the various resources.

I used some new effects and effect scopes to make some neat effects, for example medicine gives replenishment to your allies armies in the province with the building as well as your own (and a small bit of faction-wide replenishment that impacts only your armies). Since I made a second growth effect, pastures and a few other resources can do both faction-wide and local growth, and the three resources that do this (furs, pastures, pottery) each have a different balance of growth applied. Marble's construction cost reduction got a similar treatment.

Commisar didt always use to have comments turned off.
But it did that back some where around jun. Likely to stop people from keep asking about "update" all the time.

I sent him a friend request to relay the message, I'm not sure how taboo it is to relay comments to mods with comments disabled, I might be breaking the Modder's Code lol.

I think I just became the postal service, lol. I think I have a few bonuses that touch trade as well so I'll see if this mod has any of that going on in a day or so.

Hi Lucia, I wanted to reach Commisar to report a bug with the original mod, but they have comments disabled, so I thought I'd try here and maybe you could pass the word, if that's not a bother :)

The Fu-Chow port landmark in Cathay has its income from trade tariffs and tradable resources produced bonuses duplicated, so it has both vanilla and modded effects at the same time. This is due to CA adding "FactionHasTrade" Context Requirement to these effects. Adding them to the mod fixes the issue. Hopefully this was helpful :)

Thanks, Tamaska. I'm cooking up the plot for a novel and I think I'm going to dedicate it to her when it's finished. It's about a woman who goes back in time over and over to save her mom from an assassination plot and the consequences of her time travel spiral out of control. Sounds appropriate.
