Kurin HAR Edition CE Fixes

IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS IS NOT A FULL CE PATCH.

This mod fixes a few issues with the Kurin mod in CE.
This mod requires ultrachadd's Kurin CE patch. You'll have to google it.

List:
1: Changes Kurin Military Helmet to Flak Armour research from Recon Armour
2: Patches Redfox Armour so it's CE Compatible. Treated the same as Power Armour.

Update: Given Redfox Armour a bit more personality. It's now a touch more lightweight than standard power armour while giving the same protection levels, to account for the Kurin's smaller bodysize. As a consequence though, it doesn't allow you to carry as much.
Also brought the armour's offsets a bit more in-line with the CE-patched Vanilla power armour. Redfox was giving something like +12 melee dodge chance(!?!?) among other equally ridiculous buffs.
