Changes some vanilla settings around for the factions and regions files

-Better AI flags to make the factions a tad more unique
-Regions now use asteroid shapes based off the factions shape palette
-Crystaline has explosive asteroids as they are the center of the galaxy
-Faction colored explosions!
-Randomized size asteroid void region

only partial compatible, as it also overides faction ai flags
