Almost zero changes to vanilla 3k gameplay, but adds an incredible amount of unique character art to improve the character focused gameplay and flavor. Adds 380+ unique character art.

Make sure load order when you launch the game is:

Guv's MTU Salary Fix (keeps vanilla balance for character cost, MTU mod adjusts it, this changes it back)
