Better Harvesting

描述
Farmers only harvest crop fields and orchards instead of collecting the harvested food. Laborers can then pick up the harvested food, which makes harvesting faster and more efficient. Once the farmers harvest all their crop they become laborers as usual, until the next farm cycle.

Vanilla flow:
Harvest and collect crop <> Drop off at warehouse
Until the crop is done.

Mod flow:
Harvest crop.
Until the crop is done.

Note: I wasn't able to get this to work on an existing save. New game is recommended for this reason.

Works beautifully, even got it to work on an existing save by removing the exisiting fields and replacing them with new fields.

HA! Thought this was broken as crops sit in baskets with 0% crop. I freed up all builders and gave me enough labor to pick up all the crops. Fun to watch and a realistic feature for the game. Thanks!

Just causes my crops to sit in neat piles until winter deletes them. More Labor doesn't help, more farmers doesn't help. Seems to just slow the whole process down. Use with caution:(
