SDC FA-173 Broadsword Superiority Fighter

The SDC FA-173 is the SDC's most advanced multi-role fighter platform. On the foreign and domestic buyer markets, the Broadsword is a highly sought after piece of kit, enabling any private contracting firm or nation alike to further their interests. The Broadsword is currently operated primarily by the PMC Templar group and Systems Confederated Navy, the former being a highly professional and deadly private military contracting firm owned in part and operated by the SDC in secret, the Templar group engages in various under the table operations, with Templar group mercenaries acting as the main combat force for the SDC and its interests. The Systems Confederated Navy much like the Templar group is highly professional and well trained, with most SCN personnel moving into the private sector to work for the Templar group or SDC. With a price tag of 5 million Federal Credits (FC) the Broadsword certainly isn't cheap, but what it lacks in cost efficiency it more than makes up for in quality. With high speed and maneuverability the Broadsword is able to engage in Area denial operations with incredible results.
