描述
People say that a charger just charges straight at ya to pummel you... this guy likes to call it the "Punch-Line" (badum Crash!)

Adds a clown charger to chapters spent at the carnival in Dark Carnival (Maps, 2, 3, 4 & 5)

Features:
- New charger texture
- Compatible with remodels
- Incompatible with reskins

it's a code made by workshop user Ellie in the texture's vmt file, I don't know exactly what the code does but basically it causes only one frame of a GIF file to appear on a map, thus making a special infected's texture a GIF with multiple skins allows certain skins to appear on certain maps
