Crappy Simple Player Radar

I was a bit fed up with the radars that were either dated or use custom textures, so i made my own with no customization, the only customization you get is the colored rim using the player color.

Partial style was inspired by my EP2 Radar entity.
Runs a scuffed server to client method that is atleast relieable if being underground. It displays players, NPCs, Nextbots & Vehicles in a range of 4096Hu, the ping color is based off the player's team color.

Prone to hide yourself (like in minecraft, real)
Use either hidehud 1 or cl_drawhud 0 to hide the radar.
