描述
simply adds "ReloadDuration" to .txt files to overwrite reloading speed that comes with source guns' anim files.

valve didn't reanimate source guns to L4Dify them, since they just needed an excuse for old german l4d2 censorship. as they kept cs:s anims, naturally their reload speed stayed the same. well, this fixes that.

"ReloadDuration" Stats:
SG = 2.5s
MP5 = 2.26
AWP = 2.8
Scout = 2.5

Notes:
-obviously this mod is local server only.
-will conflict with anything that uses weapon .txt files. copy "ReloadDuration" text from my mod and paste it to yours to merge it.
-shoving when reloading will slow it back to original speed. it'll still reload fast on your weapon panel so keep shooting.
-after fast reload your weapon bobbing will speed up a bit. this is normal.

Any way to also edit holster to fire time? The CSS weapons have insanely short draw time, making the bolt action rifles fire much faster if you swap weapons super quickly after firing.
