Amphitaswa Alliance - Mudskipper

The Mudskipper is an amphibious hydrofoil heavily inspired by Borderwise and his CC faction, the Amphitaswa Alliance. The Mudskipper is a fast transport, coming in at a cost of about 38K materials. With a top speed of about 69m/s on land and 40m/s in the water - this vehicle is truly amphibious, it doesn't even notice the shoreline.

The Mudskipper is truly an amphibous hovercraft/swampboat - it performs just as well as most boats! Land travel is considerably faster due to the decreased drag, however, its top speed in water is faster than many true boats.

The design was based on the propellor powered swamp boats found in many swamps and marshes, and Borderwise's videos on the Custom Campaign. Swamp boats are designed with a large air-propellor because the water they travel in is often muddy, shallow, and strewn with logs, weeds, and other things that would wrap up/damage a water propellor. This is very similar both in aestetic and function, as it can operate in very shallow waters and transition from water to land seamlessly as a true-to-life swamp boat/hovercraft should.
