Change the time to cook and burn (all) food from sandbox options.

• Works in solo and multiplayer.
  
• Change from the sandbox option is taken into account at game load time (OnLoad event). Even in solo mode, restart your game after any change.
  
• Food that was ready to cook before the new gain is taklen into account may still take the old time to cook.
