I left this comment on the guy who made the animation for this gun, but here's my take on possible stats. If somebody wants to mod this, please please please show the results, I've wanting something like this in TF2 since I knew Scout was ***'s son.

Secondary for the Scout, same damage as the regular Revolver.
-Only two bullets
+Guaranteed mini-crit on immediate-consecutive hit on the same enemy
"This is my gift, Scout, now do your work"
