Added a pawn/faction/settlement namer, and a few other minor fixes. Ursine should now show up occasionally as starting colonists, wanderers, etc.

Original mod notes (1.3):

This mod adds the Ursine races and their united tribes to your Rimworld. They consist of five different sub species of Ursine,
each with a distinct look, origin, and stereotypical behavior as perceived by other races of the rim.
The Ursine tribes, and by relation the races that inhabit them, are quite peaceful and nature loving, preferring a live-and-let-live mentality when it comes to other settled groups, minding their own business and living in cooperative
unity with the flora and fauna around them.
If provoked however it should still be noted these are bear kin, and are therefore possessed of inhuman strength and resilience,
making them a formidable force when they have to take up arms to defend their land.
They are territorial, and though they will leave practically everyone else alone as long as they are shown the same courtesy,
they have a low tolerance for trespassers that have not yet gained their trust.
