Changes the amount of affinity points required to unlock Tier 2+ Tomes with the intention of making Tome selection stricter.

Tome Type
Vanilla Affinity Requirements
Modded Affinity Requirements
Tier 2 Mono Tomes
1 Affinity
Tier 2 Hybrid Tomes
1 Affinity A or 1 Affinity B
Tier 3 Hybrid Tomes
3 (Affinity A + Affinity B)
1 Affinity A & 1 Affinity B & 3 (Affinity A + Affinity B)
Tier 4 Hybrid Tomes
6 (Affinity A + Affinity B)
3 Affinity A & 3 Affinity B
Tier 5 Tomes

These changes make the affinity progression on tomes smoother:

It does apply to AI, it does not apply to Tomes from mods

@Kaige if it isn't too much of a hassle, could you give a quick rundown on the process to make these requirements changes, when possible?

I'm familiar with modding other games, but the AoW4 modding tools terminology got me a bit confused.

I want to apply them to a few custom tomes and such.

Just checked on my end, wasn't able to reproduce the bug

For some reason when first presented with a tier 2 tome i can pick any tier 2 tome even without 2 affinity. after that choice it seems to require 2 affinity again.
