Updated for 1.10.2

This mod adds more buildings for the new additions made by AGOT.

New buildings:

Urban: (New)
- Maester's Halls (Learning XP, Development, at Lvl 3 you can send wars to the university for education buff)
- Marketplaces (Gold)
- City Watch (Control + MAA buff)
- Residential Zone (Lots of Levies + Garrison)
- Administrators (Control, Domain)
- Pleasure Den (Intrigue, Scheme Discovery, Stress Relief)

Feudal Holdings:
Castle Town

Steppe and Taiga:
Orchards enabled (Gold)


Monasteries:
- Scriptorium (Development)
- Shrines (Gold)
- Gardens (Supply)
- Cloister (Fortifications)
+ any relevant vanilla buildings are enabled

Next up on the list will be for Northern provinces, in particular steppes.
