描述
Quality of life script that render HEV chargers & health chargers temporary unuseable after shooting them down. Supports BME chargers aswell as HP & Armor chargers by otherside

ConVars:
-ChargerJam_DownTime 60 | in seconds for how long it will be unuseable
-ChargerJam_Health 50 | health of charger
-ChargerJam_ZapDamage 2 | damage a zap does when trying to use a broken charger
