Arkaysee is a semi-boss character with whack ass gimmicks

- 1500 HP as opposed to 1000 HP
- Tipper :]
- Bleed damage on Tipper
- 3 Phases
- Passive meter gain, the less hp you have, the more meter you gain
- Warp mechanic
- Place down a warp and teleport it later
- Multiple warps can be placed :]
- Instant Whiff Cancel (Whiff cancel costs 3 bars of meter)
- 0 Free cancels :]
