i'm sorry but you need to ask to someone else i'm not able to do that model is too much complicated for me, sorry :(

the l4d1 models are a bit complicate respect to the l4d2 ones, but i'm trying to do models for that ones too. :)

These Timesplitter models are really well done, but you should also think of adding skins for the Left 4 Dead 1 characters aswell as 2, thanks again for making there and I eargerly await more.

i don't know because is not a single model these are like 4 or 5 model all together.
