1944 Navy & Air Technologies
Current Mod Version: 1.4.3, released 3/6/2025
Current HOI4 Version Supported: 1.16.0 (Works on 1.16.5)

"Why don’t Navy & Air Technologies all go until 1944?"
I’m not sure, but now they do! This mod adds a continuation to the navy and air technology trees bringing them up to 1945. All these technologies have a longer time to research and/or slightly reduced buffs when compared to their previous iterations to not destroy the balance of late-game scenarios.

Features
  • Continuation For All Navy & Air Technologies Through 1945
  • New Equipment Relating To The New Technologies (Fighter Weapons, Turrets, Etc.)
  • New Modules Relating To The New Technologies (Drop Tanks, Airplane Catapults, Etc.)
  • Unique Icons and Lore For Each New Technology
  • No DLC Required
  • Compatible With Any Mod That Does Not Modify Navy Or Air Technologies

State Of The Mod

The Mod Will Actively Be Kept Up To Date With The Current Version Of Hearts Of Iron, But The Mod Is Complete In Terms Of New Features. With The Release Of New DLC, Any Changes Surrounding Navy & Air Technologies/Equipment Will Be Taken Into Consideration And New Features May Be Released.

What About All Other Technologies In The Game?
There are mods for those too!

Are Any DLC Required?
While this mod does not require any DLC, you will not have access to any of the updated Man The Guns or By Blood Alone technologies without the corresponding DLC.

  • If you wish to translate this mod into another language, please contact me and I may even be willing to integrate the translation into this mod (and give you credit for the translation of course) if you are willing to update the translation to include any new content at least once a month.

I recommend Road to 56 Compatible mods like VNR and UTTNH
