RHSAFRF Armor Rebalance

Inspired by the original mod and its fork
This mod aims to reduce RHSAFRF Vests armor parameters to make them more vulnerable to non-RHS ammunition.
Also rebalancing the values I've tried to keep the armour levels immersive and closer to the real vests.

Made for British MilSim Network community.
Signed for usage on servers with signature verification, key included.
