Biowaste Deflation

Makes Biowaste more than a fart!

Biowaste is currently set at a volume of 11 l/kg.
That is nearly as light weight as hydrogen!
Even methane, the outgassing from biowaste, is more than four times(! 2.5 l/kg) as dense.

Biowaste primarily consists of water with some carbon residue. It usually has a density higher than water, unless oxigenated for fermentation where it becomes a bit less.

This mod aims to fix this. It accounts for some gas still in the waste and adjusts its density slightly below liquid water - to the same as ice under the assumption that the original intent was 1.1 l/kg, not 11.
