An unlockable magnum revolver available in the Point Shop after completing the Mercenaries with S rank on all stages in Resident Evil 4 Remake, is the Smith & Wesson Model 500, known as the "Handcannon" in-game. The Model 500 comes with a 10.5 inch barrel and has a compensator fitted to help reduce recoil.

The world's most powerful handgun, the Smith & Wesson Model 500 is a 5 shot double-action revolver developed to fire the powerful .500 S&W Magnum round. It's mostly used in recreational sport shooting and hunting purposes.

After hours of searching, I can say this is the best magnum revolver. No flashy/annoying idle twirling animation that happens almost every second, no wiggling jiggling recoil, no jelly hands. Very solid. My favourite revolver.
