Juniez AR2 w/ C_Hands & Original View Placement

Juniez's AR2[www.artstation.com] replacing the default GMod AR2 with HL2 view placement & not GMod's higher up view. This mod is indeed using X-Red's fixed version[gamebanana.com], which adds a left arm, but that's not much of a change, since GMod already fixes that w/ their own AR2, so I felt it was more important to mention the original view placement in the title instead.

- Added left arm (maybe, I mean the original Juniez AR2 also has a left arm, so idk if X-Red just used that one or readded the arm for some reason)
