Requires Harmony

This is a fork of the above 1.3/1.4 update - I don't usually make my personal forks public; I prefer to work with mods that have been truly abandoned. Having said that, this mod was requested on Mlie's list awhile ago and I wrote it off as "fixed by other," as the above update was available. Upon further review, it had a few problems.

I've done some cleanup/fixing, and Mlie was kind enough to fix up the assemblies for me, resolving the last of the issues, and making this what I feel is the definitive version. :)

Compatible with:
Argón's Expanded Materials - Metals - coal integration
Medieval Times (Continued) - coal integration
Quarry [Adopted] - check its mod settings to increase coal %

Description:
Brings Rimworld's technology into the charming time of the Industrial Revolution (1800s - 1920s) with themed apparel, objects, weapons, buildings, and research.

Features:
New themed objects and research which is by default unlocked unless you pick the new Drifters scenario, which allows you to start with no research without being a bunch of barbaric tribals. (Instead you can be a band of rapscallions!)

New weapons and security: Barbed wire, Arc-Rifle, and the Arc-Tower
New resource: Coal
New power generators: Portable Generator, Steam engine, and the Industrial Steam Engine
New buildings: Arc Lamp, Telegraph
New apparel, including Apparello by Shinzy.

Adds weapons and turrets from the 1800s.

Pushed a 1.6 update, fixes to the Arc sound, telegraph mask (it's still behaving strangely, but better)

Could you lower the Arc-Rifle & Arc-Tower sound? its nearly double the volume of other guns
And the masking for the wooden telegraph is broken. You can still build it, but it will appear white.

Apparel does not change stats based upon what type of material it is made of. Is this intentional?

Is there any way to make the colonists use coal instead of wood? I have so much coal and barely any wood, and they still take wood over coal.
