Double Shift

There is a problem? Throw people at it!

Allows to appoint double as many people to industry/hitech workstations and mines.



People do of course have their needs. They need to eat, drink, sleep and even a bit of recreation. As a result if you appoint one person to a station that station will the majority of the time be offline.
Even at maximum exhausting work policies they are at most what, staffed 8 hours a day?

So far the work around for this was to put more work stations into a room but then switch those offline.
That - is just silly isnt it? Why not directly appoint more people to a spot to work in shifts?

Fear you must not! For this is exactly what this mod allows.
The mod can not really make them "work in shifts", but after a short while they should automatically fall into such a pattern.

It works by creating "extra vacancies" similar to how restaurant seats are done. As a result if you place a station with 1 work spot in a room you can now add 2 instead of 1 workers to that room.
Mines allow for direct appointment, all are compatible to the new "Set Staff" window.

Keep in mind that especially after you "opened" a room (either after loading this mod or building a new one) this means you will have double as many staff members heading to work- half of them will need recreation places instead because all spots are initially taken. The mod can therefor create a need for some surplus "seats" (suggestion: just build some waiting benches in front of your factory ;) )

Compability:
Designed based on features implemented with 0.12, hence 0.12+ (Beta Branch)
Should be save to add to a running game (also possible with 0.12 now, just activate the mod in the main menu before loading a game).
Conflicts with mods touching the same nuts.
