Sketchfab - New York Style Small Building Pack

It's a commission I did a year ago, but I didn't release it to the public back then because I'm not sure if paid models can be published to everyone for free, but since then I've seen a lot of people using paid assets to make free addons and mods, so I've decided to release them as well.

I may do more in the future, but still.

Porting models from other websites onto Gmod and SFM workshop isn't straight up stealing models, it's merely just converting the models into what the comparebly old Source Engine can work with and allowing other Gmodders and SFMers to use.
