Better Travelling Merchant

Better Travelling Merchant adds some love to the underpowered weapons sold by the Travelling Merchant, in addition to a couple of new items that fill out gameplay where needed. I attempted to make all of the buffs creative, rather than some simple stat increases.

Additions:
Mysterious Schematics can be purchased from the Travelling Merchant. Use them to craft new items.
Certain enemies sometimes drop Trinkets, which can be given to the Travelling Merchant to purchase one new item.
