描述
Ever wondered why Billy just took a charge lance to the brain and despite his survival already being a miracle, he decides that getting to Level 20 construction in a year is doable?
This mod changes it so Global Learning Factor is dependent on the consciousness of the pawn, making learning faster or slower depending on the consciousness.

All rights are reserved by me, you are not authorised to reupload this mod in any aspect unless you have received permission from me.

This is not for selfish reasons, one of my mods during the release of 1.6 had a reupload that the reuploader seriously screwed up somehow, which harmed the performance of about 1000 users that switched over.

i came to see if the mod was updated and found a hilarious thread, people thinking they can pester the mod devs into updating is diabolical work

Gunns, your messages across 3 of my mods could be very easily viewed as “shoving”. It would be like you hammering on someone’s door on the first try, and justifying it under you ‘not knowing’ if anybody was home.

I have a life, I play RimWorld on the side, and I update my mods when I start using them.

1.6 is out now. It's been out all weekend, as has the Odyssey DLC.
Will this mod be ready when it's up, at least?
