Dynamic Hypothermia

Inspired by the frozen winter horror map and ghosthunt 3.

You can now freeze to death on your snowy maps like vyten and boreas, yaay.
Internally checks the map if it has the cold world variable, if not, it will check the map name for keywords such as arctic, snow, ice, winter and frozen. Also works with StormFox 2, begins to work below -25°c and it got support for gWeather, aswell as the Temperature mod.

To stay alive, stay in bright light or near fires and avoid the outside. In emergencies, use the body warmth of another player, some server racks or a radiator for a small heat boost.

The bar in the middle bottom of the screen displays how cold you are.
(it will not display if you play a non cold map)

-Tarkov Armor Entities
-BME Utils Equipables (HEV suit, PCV vest)
-Crysis Nanosuit
-Combine suits 2.0
-Combine suits rewrite
-JMod Armor
-Minecraft Torch
-Using Seggx Swep

ConVars:
-Hypothermia_TagMapAsCold | will flag map as cold, regardless of type
-Hypothermia_TagMapAsWarm | unflags map as cold, will undo on map cleanup if it was cold
-Hypothermia_FreezeAmmount 1 | higher number means quicker freeze
-Hypothermia_HeatUpAmmount 2 | higher number means quicker heat recovery
-Hypothermia_LightWarmPower 200 | amplifier of warmness gained by light sources
-Hypothermia_ShowHud 1 | 0 to hide the ice bar to all clients
-Hypothermia_ShowHudOnOthers 1 | 0 to hide the ice bar from others
-Hypothermia_WarmthCapacity 250 | the max heat stored in players
-Hypothermia_OutsideColdness 350 | coldness gained when standing under open sky
-Hypothermia_SnowFloorColdness 200 | coldness gained when standing on snow
-Hypothermia_AffectNPCs 1 | 0 to disable NPCs freezing
-Hypothermia_NPCWarmth 100 | constant heat NPCs have (they don't got light source checks)
