Removes the damage from Lightning. Updated for 1.202+

Many old Lightning Damage mods seem to be outdated as the weather effects changed in a SE update some time ago, this version was created with up to date weather definitions and covers all vanilla weather events.

How would one make this work for modded weather events? (Or so the description says it doesn't work for modded events by default)
More specifically, do I file edit in the planet's mod to disable lighting damage, or do I delve into this mod's code and add the names of the modded weather events? Or is it something else entirely?

Thank you! Lightning has pissed me off ever since it started existing places it shouldn't, targeting grids/players specifically, and simply not working right. Specifically, had lightning hit my ship when I had an underground base and was digging straight down from inside my base, and was 4km into the planet, when lightning somehow existed inside the planet and destroyed my thrusters.
