A Gang thats been around since 1990 who roam the highways with their fast sporty motorcycles. they're occasionally also sometimes seen around Red Town & Bitter City. Their appearance consists of their Racer-looking Jumpsuits & masks with burning tires resembling gasmask filters & their Skullcap which mentions their gang name.

I'll see about that in the future. I just hope in the meantime that someone will make some Sports Motorcycle prefabs that can fit well with these guys.
