Dirty Metropolice/Barney [NPC/Playermodel]

Inspired by the dirty combine from Episode 2 i made this dirty variant for the Civil Protection officer.

Features:
NPCs with Spawn Icon (both Metropolice and Barney)
Playermodel with accurate c_hands and manhack bodygroup for the metropolice
Barney model uses episode 1 face texture
Glowing eyes and Elite skin for metrocop (you can access them via the context menu)
fits good in Episode 1 and Episode 2 maps
