Modification of the starting area HL2, for game mode Troubles in Terrorist Тоwn.

After 5 years a small update. Huh.

Removed rotating turnstile.
Increased trap cooldown from 30 seconds to 90 seconds.

most likely after the update I broke the reflections, try the console command "buildcubemaps", but there is a chance that you will not be able to log into the server after using it.
