A Vanilla's Domination Inspired Mod for the Low Countries

Private Build for Dutch Domination:
This is the Private Beta build for Dutch Domination, it is likely to contain a ton of bugs and it'd be appreciated to report them back to me.

What has been changed?:

Test Build for 1.37 - Expect Bugs
Compatibility for Winds of Change - Massive new Dutch Missions integrated partially from vanilla - Not available to people who do not own the new DLC.

i would just wait a little, im still implementing a few changes and finishing up some more missions that are a bit WIP right now.

is this stable now? wondering if I should wait for the main branch to be updated before starting a save. Thanks
