Steelport [Saints Row The Third]

This is my recreation of Steelport[saintsrow.fandom.com] from 2011 game "Saints Row The Third" and it's sequel "Saints Row IV".

Steelport was founded in 1827 by blue-collar industrialists and was named after Joe Steel. The city consists of four districts: Downtown in the center, New Colvin in the east, Stanfield in the northwest and Carver Island in the southwest.
The city itself was based on a mix of New York City, Pittsburgh, Baltimore and fictional Gotham City from Batman frachise.

Your starting location covers Downtown (Loren Square), Arapice Island and part of Carver Island.
The map have old railroad network, which could be turned onto local train network or be connected to mainland railroads. It also have some unfinished highway connections and farmlands outside the city, which player could use.

Temperate map theme.
Mass Transit DLC is needed.

Known issues:

1) The city itself isn't accurate to the original SRTT map (it's bigger), so you couldn't re-create the city 1:1.
2) Due to high ammount of trees this map may to long load on lower-end PCs, but i am don't sure.
