this mod doesn't add pills, thats the base they knew mod. The pills prevent zombie infection for 24 hours if I recall (they do NOT work if your already infected).

this mod requires They Knew. It simply adds the tactical cooler to their loot table, as well as enabling it to work with the CoolBag mod.

Does this act as a replacement for 'They Knew' or do we activate this with that mod to add the cooler to their loot tables?
