Not Ironman compatible, I mean, if you found this mod it means you have searched for it, or it's on the front page I hope, then great! For me at least.


I have always hated the texture for the Ecumenopolis in the base game, it is this ugly grey texture. However, through searching on the internet, I found out about this mod . I saw the texture and was amazed by it, as Protodeus has done a really wonderful job! Unfortunately, Gigastructural Engineering mod decided to use the base game's texture, I also consider the other 2 Alderson Disk type textures to be hideous which I will remake in the future using Protodeus work.

Compatibility
- Compatible with any mod that does not change the textures for the ecumenopolis Alderson disk in Gigastructural Engineering as I have changed the "giga_alderson_ecu_01_entity" entity.
- Place this mod after Gigastructural Engineering in the load order, meaning it should be below it in the list.

I have not asked and received permission from the original creator to use his texture to revamp the Alderson disk, but he allowed me to upload and update his mod I took the texture from so I'd figure it's best not to bother him about it. Should he ever wish for this mod to be taken down, please contact me by leaving a comment on my steam profile or in the comments of this mod and I will take it down should you wish. I will however ask for permission again when I rework the other sector textures using his latest work.
