Diffusing Charge Ammo - CE

Version: 1.3 Added support for generic ammo mode, added 20x105mm diffusing, updated ammo recipes.

"If there's concentrated charge, then why isn't there diffusing charge?" -me.
Well, ask 'why' no more, me! Diffusing charge to concentrated charge is what hollow-point ammo is to armor-piercing ammo: an opposite - better damage, but worse penetration.
